Definitely away from anything positive. The company is run in a very primitive way. Some aspects are good but so individual and rare.

You do not have any value here. The company is not organized and that affects employees moral and productivity. You feel like there is a preference of hiring Hispanic. the small number of employees from other backgrounds seem like a decoration. The company claims its growing and wants to hire people to help them grow, while the fact is employees are fleeing the company.
