Pros
The technology is cool, dev teams and sales teams are excellent at what they do - you’re working with some real cyber security gurus. Some of my colleagues are also just really nice people. Salary is great.
Cons
They stink, like really stink, at inclusion and team culture. For example, when half the Israeli office goes to a conference in the US (which happens a lot), everyone in Israel will hear about how awesome a time “we” had and how “we” rocked it. But the swag and excitement never quite makes it back to us. Last year they took some people to Miami for a company SKO and made out as though everyone had been there when actually a bunch of people weren’t invited. That’s cool yall, but then don’t talk like we missed out. There’s a clear hirearchy of who is important and who isn’t, and unless you are customer facing, you aren’t. They do a lot of fast hiring/firing too. There’s a lot of talking behind people’s back, complaining to managers before talking to your colleagues directly, and definitely some micromanaging coming from the co-founders when it comes to the product. People can be pretty aggressive and gossippy. On top of all that, onboarding really stunk.
