People are extremely welcoming and genuinely interested in you as a person outside of work. There are a lot of ways to get involved and increase your level of responsibility and ownership. You can grow rapidly if you're willing to put in the effort. Promotions are celebrated with an eruption of applause in town hall - people truly care about your growth and upward trajectory. Leadership is very transparent and always has an open door - they are very approachable and visible to everyone in the company. In the engineering space, we are building awesome digital products and platforms with clients using an AI-first mentality and modern development practices. It's been a great place to learn and develop my AI-related skills in a world that's changing everyday - we are not just talking about AI, we are using it daily and learning from each other in the process.
