The worst CGD company in India. Extremely Toxic Work Culture, Cruel Boss, Paltry Salary, Shocking Leave policy, extremely poor work life balance and too much politics, Policing, too much micromanagement, Typical Lala Culture. The GA Head is corrupt, bootlicker, way too much manipulative and cunning. He believes he is the God. For him only many people left the company.There are top level corruption in the company including GA Head and the ED-Cluster Head. Your hard work is never recognised. No benefits, perks or gifts even during Diwali. Everymonth there will be someone leaving. The HR has immediate termination policy with no chances provided. Management knows everthing about the GA Head but remains silent because on management's encouragement, GA head carries out unethical practices of bribing PESO, NHAI, PWD, FIRE, PCB and other Government Officials regularly. Join at your own peril.
