Very competitive and not easy to grow within the company. It is a fairly small company, so upper-level positions are scarce and it might be difficult to progress in salary and position.

The company is constantly evolving and often is engaged in unique projects for clients that provide great learning opportunities for anyone involved in them. - good work ethic/product is well recognized, partly due to the size of the teams.
