      Pros

      I try to see this experience as something necessary for growth even when I'm not convinced myself.

      Cons

      It makes me go crazy when management tries to squeeze everything out of us, make more new accounts, and get more sales. But it's nearly impossible when they don't provide us with good resources and good leads.

      Pros

      The network engineering team at total is by far the most experienced crew I have worked with in my career. Lots of opportunities to work with private and public orgs of many sizes.

      Cons

      Most project / task management is left up to the engineer. School breaks are the busiest time for the operations side of the house.
