I have held sales positions at various sized tech companies, from established to hyper growth mode. Publicly and privately held. I can say without a doubt this is the worst culture I have ever been apart of. Organization is top heavy with leadership roles and some want to control every thing front line workers do, to the point it stifles agility and customer relationships. From an ethical standpoint, they are not customer first or transparent in billing practices.
Managers talk badly about employees to other employees. There is extreme favoritism, bullying and name calling. They expect you to be on 24/7 and get upset if you don’t respond to last minute, unanticipated requests on weekends.
