Pros
Great company culture. There is a work hard play hard mentality that is perfect for those looking to make as much money as they can. There is an uncapped commission structure and no longer a draw, so you are able to make money even sooner than before. The training you receive is better than anywhere else I have seen. The company gives you the tools to succeed before throwing you out on your own. Great company to work for if you are willing to work hard to succeed.
Cons
The downside of the job is the initial period of being an assistant and first getting out on your own account. While it is also a benefit that you receive so much training on how to succeed here, it is also time where you don't make very much money, which can be draining when you are working so many hours and giving the effort to succeed.
