Pros
Working here since day one management has gone above and beyond for me given my circumstances outside of work. The environment is fun and relaxed while also grinding and hustling on your own and not being micromanaged. Metrics are not unrealistic unlike my last company very easy to achieve. I finally enjoy waking up and coming to work. You get back what you put in here.
Cons
Not being able to attend certain after hours classes as I am a single parent with very limited childcare
