Cons

When you are full time, you work around the clock and on weekends. Terrible work-life balance. When I was there they kept on hiring upper management positions when they weren't even needed, and would treat the line staff and other employees that are doing the most important work like garbage. They try to manipulate you and just get you to work more hours. I know some of the part time staff even had a difficult time getting hours that they wanted. They do not care about their clients anymore and just care about growing and getting larger, the quality of care has gone down since being employed here.

Pros

competitive pay compared to other similar positions in the area

Cons

unethical management, huge caseloads, micromanagement or lack of management, improper training from BT- BCBA level, awful health insurance, not closed for sessions on holiday weeks (christmas eve)
