Communication is challenging, and when a technical problem comes up, and it will come up, one has to resort to trying to wake people up in the middle of their night to fix it. - There's just no realistic expectations ever being given, both positively and negatively. The amount of times I was told I would get a raise/promotion and didnt. The amount of times I was told that we're all going to be millionaires one day when the company goes public. The more you hear these things, the more it sounds like a grift.
