      Nice pantry and medical scheme

      Cons

      No transparency going through retrenchment. Term it as re-organisation and no retrenchment, but forces you no way out to choose the separation package. Does not follow what they preach

      American managers do their best to create a good culture.

      You have to be French to succeed or move up. And you aren't highly regarded if you don't speak French.
