Pros
Interesting products and industry, but management is completely clueless. One part of the company does not know what the other part is doing. Terrible communications.
Cons
Management doesn’t listen to employees when we suggest improvements in processes or products. They “know it all”. Employees are also a means to an end and not highly valued at all. Not a long term place to make a career.
