      Pros

      Tovala is an amazing place to work. From the first interview, I felt the warm and respectful yet passionate energy that sets Tovala apart from other work environments. Everyone is able to function at their best in a way that best suits them. There is a healthy mix of opportunities for independent and collaborative work as well as socializing and getting to know your peers. I don't feel like I'm working. At Tovala, I feel like I'm adding value.

      Great culture. Solid pay. Remote options. Really great teammates.

      Cons

      Lack of clarity around Tovala's overall goal of making a sale or going public. This is minor, though.

      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Able to work remote. The supervisors and managers are all extremely helpful and will not let you drown. Great PTO accrual. Easy to follow compliance and not mess up due to a great system. Great schedule.

      Cons

      Some customers may be a bit hard to work with, but that's almost any industry.
