      - Easy to commute to - The building is modern and extremely clean.

      Cons

      - Felt isolated as a non bengali staff member due to my colleagues speaking in bengali, not understanding what was being said. Not feeling inclusive. -Being ignored when trying to get support and help from colleagues. - No progression

      Pros

      Good salary and benefits, there are opportunities to work from home, hours are flexible as well.

      Cons

      Need to re-apply for promotions etc. You end up interviewing for several of the same position within a short period of time, which is frustrating.
