5yThank you for the three star review and feedback regarding Tower Health. We agree our time off plan is very generous and our pay for performance system allows us to recognize good performance. Please know employees have the flexibility to use or not use vacation time when flexed for low volumes. If you are being told otherwise, please show the Paid Time Off Policy to your Manager or contact an HR Business Partner. It is important to note that we also attempt to float someone to another area to provide support because flexing is the last option we exercise.
