      If you want to work a company what appreciate the loyalty, the hard work and the devotion you have to join the Tower team.

      Cons

      There is some labor pain about growing but where not? I see the future of Tower what is more than positive.

      Lots of movement in the auto industry. Be prepared for mergers and acquisitions that can quickly change the work environment.

      everyone is a number not a real person, mgmt does not acknowledge the individuals. It still matters who you know
