Poor management ( your are replaceable and your hard work is overlooked if you don't buddy up with the upper management/ no room for growth unless they go wild with firing guys and put themselves in need of Foremans or trimmers/and if safety or corporate come around you don't speak freely or ask to many questions that is a sure fire way to put a Target on yourself for the chopping block
