Pros

I've tried to keep this review as unbias as possible. During my time, Traba offered a strong product with clear market potential. The company attracts talented, hardworking individuals, and many team members are genuinely collaborative, thoughtful, and motivated to do good work. The interview process was generally positive and transparent around expectations, and during my initial months, the team made meaningful progress. There was a sense of momentum early on, and opportunities to contribute beyond a narrow scope were encouraged. When alignment was present, collaboration felt productive and energizing.

Cons

Over time, internal dynamics and inconsistencies in leadership began to impact the work environment. Frequent shifts in priorities, unclear accountability, and changes in management approach made it difficult to maintain momentum and trust. Communication often felt reactive rather than constructive, and feedback was not always delivered in a consistent or professional manner. Similar concerns around management style and team culture were echoed across multiple functions, contributing to a sense of ongoing instability. Despite previously positive performance feedback, expectations changed without clear communication. Turnover was high, with multiple employees leaving or being let go over a relatively short period of time, which further affected team morale and continuity. While long hours are mentioned during the hiring process, the reality often exceeds expectations. Workdays frequently extended late into the night and weekends. Although compensation may appear competitive on paper, the demands and work environment may not feel sustainable for many over the long term. A lack of diversity across teams and leadership also limits perspective and innovation. This definitely hindered the company’s ability to grow and adapt and will continue to do so. Finally, reviews here on GlassDoor are largely fabricated by an internal team who essentially pressured employees to write reviews. The score appears high, for that reason only.

Pros

- High-impact work - Unmatched talent density — Traba is full of top performers who are genuinely some of the smartest, hardest-working people you’ll ever meet

Cons

- The hours are ridiculous (9am–9pm in the office daily) and expectations are high. It’s nearly impossible to maintain a life outside of work, especially if you want to succeed here - Leadership cares way too much about the number of hours you're clocking in the office — it’s bizarre & unproductive - Turnover is insanely high, and they make zero effort to retain top talent, even when the cost of hiring and training replacements should justify it — the product + business model are unnecessarily complicated & require a good amount of time to learn. Yet the company doesn’t invest enough in properly ramping up new hires to set them up for success. As a result, employees are often let go prematurely (also, arbitrarily) before they’ve had a fair chance to ramp up & prove themselves. - They also have no problem letting people go who've pretty much poured their entire lives to this company — people who’ve dedicated 60+ hours of their time & energy to this failing business week over week - Overall, the level of sacrifice required to work here is not normal & it’s hard to justify considering how low the pay is
