Pros
- Great atmosphere and energy (in office/virtually) - Everyone is on the same page when it comes to keeping lines of communication open - Always striving for positive change and development within the company as a whole/within each role - Leadership is upfront and clear when changes occur and they make sure that we feel heard - Opportunity for growth and development is at your own fingertips. If you want to contribute more/learn they provide many opportunities - No micromanaging – my leadership trusts our team and it allows for a very great work life balance - Even with Covid changing 2020-2021 Trace3 has maintained the same culture I started with and has adapted wonderfully
Cons
- I personally haven’t experienced any “con’s”. If you are a person who struggles with a lot of change and cannot keep up that would be the only con I would say existed - Trace3 is always growing. With any change there are growing pains - We migrated systems which was tough considering it was at year end. Trace3 provided many trainings to prepare the whole company and made sure to listen/act on how they can improve - We were provided with many surveys, meetings and phone calls to be able to vocalize what we need to succeed and we were heard - Leadership is constantly working for positive changes/enhancements to make things better. There are plans for each quarter and we are always in the loop
