Pros
There is an amazingly supportive group of coworkers that are more than willing to help get you up to speed. Everyone has their own way of doing things, but when you have a collaborative group, it's the best way to learn.
Management is open to feedback and will have constructive feedback.
There are a lot of groups to be part of, even in a Covid world.
We are 100% WFH at this time and while there may be days where it's a struggle, you do have fantastic coworkers that can help whenever you need it.
Cons
While management is open to feedback, they are slow to take action. Some team members aren't as motivated and when you bring this to management's attention, there is no urgency to correct any issues.
This is a very male-dominated industry, but it would be nice to see more women in executive leadership roles.
There are a few employees that can be cliquish, but if you pay them no mind, do your job, and keep moving forward, they're easy to avoid.
