-New leadership has ruined the culture and killed moral -New leadership actively lies and tries to hide and obfuscate important company decisions. -New leadership is living to current bad employer tactics such as bait and switching employees and using surveys to let go employees who vote for remote work. -New leadership does treat employees well -Currently in the process of outsourcing US jobs to Madeira and not being fully honest about it. They are also not treating the Madeira staff as well they should and denying them many of the benefits the US staff have enjoyed in the past. -Customers have been leaving because of the company repeatedly keeps promising new features that are not available or functional. (Harvesting of certain platforms have been promised for YEARS and still not available. Existing features have been broken and not fixed because the company has fired most of the developers who handled that. Other features have been removed because they don't want to pay humans to manage them and want to move to a self service model) -New leadership has been dishonest with existing customers about the changes being made and how they will impact their accounts and existing services.
