Pros

Some people were super chill and they allowed for really cool outings/company-sponsored fun events.

Cons

The president said "try to hire women because they work harder and for less" and they delete negative reviews to give a biased opinion on the company.

TrackFive Response

This response is for future employees: While I agree and appreciate the kind words and compliments related to our amazing culture and team the cons in this review couldn't be more inaccurate (and offensive). Track5Media was founded on the principals of respect and equal opportunity for all. The claim and completely fabricated quote above not only goes against the culture that I have worked so hard to instill at Track5, but it also goes against the very core of my belief system as a human. If you are considering a career at Track5Media I invite you to talk to any current employees, including the many female team members that have been promoted to management roles within the company. I'd also invite you to come and visit us and stay as long as you like! It's unfortunate that this anonymous person chose to publish such an offensive and utterly untrue representation of our company. Thank you for considering employment at Track5Media.

Pros

I could spend a while speaking of the good from my interview, to the CEO and Employees. I feel extremely thankful for the opportunity. This is a company where you show your hard work and pride for them and they will give you the same genuine respect back.

Cons

I have not one bad thing to say about T5.

Pros

Competitive Pay Excellent Benefits Great Work Environment Great Onboarding Plan While still being a new employee, thus far working at TrackFive has been great. In joining any new company/team there are growing pains, things to get used to and routines to follow. In my first month I made a few mistakes and never felt like I was in trouble, the team here does a great job helping people learn and in turn succeed.

Cons

Not a true con, but I am very PC orientated and the company uses Mac's so their was a learning curve there!
