Pros

There are none that I can think of unless you like to party from 5-7 and drink with no structure then it’s a good culture for you , but it does not mean this is suitable for others especially those who come from a corporate background.

Cons

Management is unprofessional and young, they micromanage you and talk poorly behind people’s back instead of addressing issues with an employee face to face. They are not open to new ideas and shut you down when you suggest innovation and ridicule you for making a suggestion. They advocate a great family culture but when you join half the people don’t even say hi to you when you walk by them and one employee I never even spoke to personally made fun of the way I dressed to his friend when I walked by him. There is also no apparent distinction between employees and higher level management , there is no structure.
