      Flexible hours but that’s about it.

      Unrealistic deadlines with no detailed training provided. Dismissed over the phone with no warning. Lack of structure and consistency. Staff pick and choose what they share or support with. No real development or progression.

      I worked remote so that was nice. Work-life balance was good. Great benefits and an easy sale. We had a small efficient team.

      Cons

      Needed more employees to really make it and grow bigger.
