The team at Traction is very friendly.

The executive management is terrible. This place is similar to a body-shop where the employees are subject to heavy exploitation. They are behind on technology, and after each project you're left with a bitter taste in your mouth. This company loses most of it's clients due to poor leadership from the president and rude client relations from the president as well. Also management is quick to be very disrespectful and aggressive as soon as any confrontation or issue may occur in the office. Also No room for growth.
