Great company with strong outlook. Company believes in the mission and values. Opening 100 plus stores a year and future is strong.
Cons
Long Hours for managers. Very little payroll to staff store adequately and hard to maintain standards when being asked to save 3% to 6% on top of already very low payroll for store.
