Shady Sexist Company with Inexperienced Leadership and Poor Management - Anonymous employee Tractor Zoom Employee Review

I just can't get over how much I love this company and my co-workers. This company is a startup so there is the hard work ethic involved, but I signed up for it and so did my co-workers. I love being able to work alongside like minded people who are working hard to actually build awesome products that will actually benefit the customer. I've worked at startups before which were nightmares and this company is definitely not that. They got the culture right. How? Because this company ACTUALLY listens to people... crazy.

Being a startup innately has the fear of the company not making it. Which is going to be present at any startup you go to. So I guess that would be my con. Apart from that I don't have any.

Start up culture can be nice at times

No focus on your development with ur manager, will tell you that you are doing great and come time for your raise they will have a list of reasons why you aren’t even meeting the bare minimum. Laid off/lost 20+ employees in the last 6 months and really are a sinking ship. If you take a job here they will low ball ur pay with a promise of a performance based raise and then once they get what they need temporarily, they will let you go.
