This place is extremely toxic. In the interview, they tell you that they have a start up culture and are very laid back. Nothing could be further from the truth. A couple of the managers are great, but they are all terrified of the owner, who runs the place like the Gestapo. A high level manager who is constantly late every day missed a meeting and he thought it was a good idea to chew out the employees that were already in the meeting (early) about coming to meetings on time. He's also a "self taught" Programmer that thinks his work does not need to be checked. The Client Solutions department is no picnic either. I watched him burst into the Client Solutions office one day and proceed to berate one of the employees for a mistake that was later found to be a non-issue, then he wouldn't even apologize after the fact. (Maybe too much protein powder that day)They like to hire full time employees to start a project that they need, and once the project is complete they come up with an excuse to let you go and offer you a small severance. The job is 9-5 salary but they expect you to stay late every day whether your work is done for the day or not and they do not pay for overtime. Stay away from this place!
