I don't see much in the way of progression and employee development.

This is a fantastic location with a relaxing atmosphere and excellent staff. Tony, an exceptional board member, has significantly improved the place by professionalizing its business operations. His knowledge surpasses that of other managers within the company, and the changes he has implemented in business practices have been remarkable. It’s evident that the company is performing better under his leadership. It was a wise decision by Jasper to bring him on board.

Certain sections of the company seem to lack initiative, and there are longstanding employees with limited expertise. The company has evolved beyond its startup phase when it relied on these individuals despite their limited knowledge. The performance of the Chief Commercial Officer is below average, and some of the tenured sales personnel appear to be exploiting the company.
