Pros
I can honestly type forever on the pros of working at Trade Sensation Events. Everything from the amazing Team Work to the creativity of the work place is stellar. I have evolved as a worker and as an individual working here. I started as a Bridal coordinator and Assistant of the Executive Assistant to Human Resources/ Payroll Manager. Carla observes your work ethics, strengths and what you love to do to form your responsibilities and role in the company. When first appointed into the Human resources and Payroll position I was quite nervous and didn't know if it was a position I can thrive in. However, Carla realized it was my niche before I did. I had loved my job before but now I know this position is perfectly suited for me with Carla's help. Carla is a boss that listens to your concerns, suggestions and ideas so that she can help/ guide you with your tasks and responsibilities. My absolute favourite reason to work at Trade Sensation Events is that Carla puts so much trust in her employees and listens to our ideas on how to make things better to the point that Trade Sensation Events becomes a bit of your baby and you nurture and watch grow. Trade Sensation Events is definitely not a place where you dread for your shift to end but is like a second family you grow to love.

I don't have any cons to write about the company. Carla takes good care of her employees whether it's pay for even showing her appreciation on what we bring to the table.
