Management takes a lot of time to communicate, keeping employees in the loop and making them feel included. Remote working set-up, allowing for a lot of flexibility, esp. because TradeLink supports asynchronous working with digital tools - a lot of young parents work at this company. Lots of opportunities for growth and development as TradeLink values regular feedback and there are many great projects in the pipeline for you to showcase your skills! The job does not get boring. Great atmosphere among colleagues.

Can be quite fast-paced, as you would expect from a start-up - I like it very much, but this can of course sometimes lead to working hours exceeding the 9am - 5pm working hours ;)
