Pros

TradeTracker is a great company to learn everything there is to know about performance based / affiliate marketing and a large variety – if not all – other online marketing channels. You learn every day, regardless of your position. The product / software is a pleasure to work with, as it is the best in the market and very user-friendly. The London office has a professional team with an excellent working spirit. They work hard to obtain their goals and reach their targets but also take time to relax as well. The office itself is amazing, located in an old, refurbished warehouse, with stunning river views, not far from Tower Bridge. Due to TradeTracker being an international company, there are lots of career opportunities Internationally. Extra training is provided to all employees and takes place in the head office in The Netherlands. Also social events are organised, for example excursions to cities where another office is based. These events have an excellent work/free time balance.

Pros

I worked with TradeTracker UK, in the London office for almost two years. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to relocation. During my time, I was taught everything I know about affiliate marketing. The company gave me different learning opportunities, such as events, training in the beautiful HQ, external training, meetings with affiliates and professionals as well as internal training with the team. The Account Director, is extremely knowledgeable with years of experience in the field. He was my direct line manager and was very patient and also challenged me regularly to ensure I kept learning and progressing. The rest of the team all supported each other; all with very special strengths and talents which meshed together which created a strong and happy office. The team click well together and work successfully. The atmosphere is chilled yet professional, which gives a good amount of autonomy and independence, as long as you are doing as you should. Overall, really good experience and memories. I would definitely recommend, especially for a young profession looking to begin their career.

Cons

Can't think of any, I'd still be with TradeTracker if I hadn't relocated.

Pros

- Working at TradeTracker gives you lots of opportunities. Because TradeTracker values personal responsibility and ownership, you get all the space to develop and implement ideas that will make the company grow. Because of the strong YoY growth you get opportunities to grow within the company as well. - The European HQ in Almere is on a perfect location in central Netherlands if you commute by car. It's close to the highway making it accessible from Amsterdam region (in the west) as well as cities in other directions. - The in-house restaurant is great. Food is prepared everyday and if you bring clients for either lunch or dinner the chef will make sure to make it special! - Lots of opportunities to travel within Europe, Asia and LATAM to meet clients, colleagues from other offices or attend conferences. - International environment allowing you to work with all kinds of cultures. - The in-house developed performance marketing products are great and that's the feedback we get from clients that worked with other networks as well. Attribution (Real Attribution) is a good product that will help TradeTracker bring the much needed change to the industry.

Cons

Because of the companies growth it feel a bit understaffed from time to time. Not a minus if you can deal with that but for some it might feel like it's a challenge.
