Pros

Great work environment with talented and supportive colleagues — you’ll definitely learn a lot from them. Strong exposure to large-scale e-commerce systems, integrations, and backend challenges. You get to work with modern tech like NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and microservices — very solid for career growth. Friendly, collaborative culture across tech and product teams — good communication with managers and cross-functional departments. Organized processes, with clear ownership of modules and real impact on product decisions.

Cons

Lack of stability, company has gone through multiple layoffs, creating uncertainty about long-term job security. Sometimes changing priorities and direction from management, which can affect focus or ongoing projects.

Pros

Decent compensation : they pay decent if you negotiated well initially, but mind you they can also fire you on a whim. There are no proper pay bands here, so you're likely to be low balled or high balled which could actually put you in a position where they'll likely fire you to create some room in the budget Key focus here is cost, profitability and going IPO, till that doesn't happen no one's job is safe here

Cons

- Everyone in leadership is two faced, don't believe in things they say during the interview process - Lack of direction, priorities change every month - They don't have the financial backing that they do proudly talk about during the hiring process - Lack of good talent and fair assessment of resources - Lack of growth opportunities in tech and product - Will fire employees that cost them more without thinking twice - Don't have a flexible work culture and have a strict 'showing up' culture instead of actually delivering value - timelines and scopes are almost always blurry, and if you suggest better ideas it might not be always appreciated or called for - Lack of accountability and accessibility on the management/leadership front, they just expect you to read their minds or put you under the bus
