The leadership team lacks clear direction and consistency in decision-making, which often results in repeated cycles without meaningful progress. The leadership is extremely ego-drive. Employees are frequently pressured to work overtime without additional compensation and are still expected to maintain normal working hours the following day. The pay is terrible. And don't even try to ask for an increase. You will only get it if you work overtime for a few months and then you will only recieve 1-2k increase. The workplace culture is terrible. Everyone is always stress and demoivated. Work-life balance is poor, There is no room for growth or internal promotion, They would rather hire someone new.
