I worked here for a year and a half and i really enjoyed the work and the shop manager was pretty cool, just don't get on his bad side.

It is the structure of the company and the management at the head of the table that was the problem. The company is infested with favoritism, double standards, and always had a way of making you feel like a less than. The feeling throughout the shop is divided between pride for the work and hate for the masters. If you dont mind sucking up, kissing butt, shop politics, having to mind all your p'sand q's, keeping to yourself, working fast and hard even if you see other people dont, staying away from the bathroom because god forbid your #2 takes longer than four minutes, and don't ever get injured because it very well might cost you your job. If you can do all this and more you might have a chance at surviving this company. Good luck, your going to need it.
