Pros
The "leadership" is scattered throughout the country so you're not really accountable to anyone accept your customers.
Cons
No variety. You'll be staring at a spreadsheet classifying parts all day. There is absolutely no room to learn or grow. You're promised a promotion to "manager" if you get a Customs Broker License. As long as you whine loud enough, you'll get promoted (with or without one) because they can't hang on to employees.
