Avoid like the plague - Anonymous employee TradingView Employee Review

In my experience, TradingView is an awful business to work for. The leadership is consistently poor, and it shows across every part of the organisation. There are red flags everywhere, from the lack of structure to the weak communication and the absence of any real strategic direction. The environment feels unstable, the culture is confusing, and it never felt like a place where people could actually grow or succeed. Based on what I saw, I would strongly recommend that candidates think twice and consider other companies with stronger leadership and healthier cultures.
