      Pros

      Requires high-level professionalism and continuous learning of new technologies, but offers the opportunity to work alongside a strong team of talented professionals with deep technical expertise from whom you can learn and grow. TradingView provides excellent management, develops a world-class product used by millions, and uses a modern technology stack. It's a really good environment for good developers

      Cons

      There is no remote work format, there is only hybrid

      Pros

      Verge of finance, tech and social is interesting. Always lots of good challenges, can pick up and offer to do pretty much anything - as long as it generates money. Very developer-heavy and product oriented.

      Cons

      Could use more organization and structure. Hard to keep up and know who's doing what as it grows. Would be nice to be more customer focused with marketing and explanations. Comp could be better.
