      Opportunities to take on as much work as you want

      Cons

      No work-life balance Unrealistic expectations and no leadership support Constant bending over backwards to suit the whims of the CEO Culture of fear of upsetting the CEO less you get yelled at by him in front of the entire company (which happened to many people frequently when I worked there).
