Pros

Trail really cares about its employees and customers. That's definitely a large part of what's made it so successful, and is the best thing about working here. No two days are the same & you'll work with and learn from everyone across the business, no matter what role you're in.

Cons

Being a small team has limitations as well as benefits, there's not a lot of opportunity to manage people until you're very senior but that's a small thing & the benefits hugely outweigh it.

Pros

Trail is so supportive of its employees. Management really want what's best for every member of the team and are always happy to work with them to make it happen, offering opportunities to learn new skills and move into new roles whenever possible. Beyond that that there are some serious perks- unlimited holiday, 4.5 day weeks and remote work not just available but fully embraced.

Cons

We're a small team, and that means that there aren't often opportunities to move into more senior positions.
