- Approachable co-workers - Fun/Enjoyable events - Allowances (Lunch-outs)

- Time-tracker (although replaced with a more efficient timer is still not suited for employees who demand more mental work (thinking/conceptualization) than physical work (typing/keyboard-mouse interaction) - Poor management with high overconfidence (would make aspiring promises for overall company growth only to layoff employees in order to save costs) -High degree of uncertainty (previous layoffs have been made, thus it's unclear whether the business is sustainable and that people would still be able to work here)

Great team. All of the people in my team are easy to approach and fun to work with.

Got retrenched. Couldn’t say I didn’t see this coming but it was a still a shock, nevertheless. Workload was heavy as well.
