Ridiculous company in Europe - Anonymous employee Trane Employee Review

They promote Employee Engagement, and do just the opposite! Their core values are a joke, only on the paper but never in reality. Shareholders rule this company, and they don't care sacking 100s of people to get more profit, and the European management is more than happy to announce this bluntly as they are sure this is for the company's benefit. The turnover is extremely high, we went from a team of 25 people down to 2 in a couple of years, so don't expect much knowledge from employees as most of them only recently joined.
