Pros
Good Pay (not great), excellent benefits, great products and product line. Interesting job, and customers.
Cons
Huge interdepartmental issues. Seems every department works on their own and sometimes even against the other departments. Upper management doesn’t help as they set each department against the other by arbitrary goals that aren’t thought through.!
