Pros
> Salary is good (keep in mind that company is not offering any additional benefits, at least in Europe) >If there is no project running or high season, WLB is good. > Flexibility
Cons
> No feedback, at all, and no proper development plan. > Team is of the same age (+40,45), been together from the start. For vast majority role in TT is the first and only they've been in. This was the first company I worked in where gen difference was so palpable. Keep it in mind if you are a millennial or gen Z. > Team management is quite nervous and leaves impression that things are done just to show off and get spotted by higher management. > Racism and bullying are tolerated in this team, do not be fooled with all the "we respect diversity" mantras. If you are of right nationality you can pass with any type of behaviour without consequences. Be careful in team gatherings. > HR is very slow, you need to chase them for documents. They will not communicate with you but your manager for some reason. Be vary in the interviews and ask them to clarify what type of contract they will give you. In my case, they presented the conditions wrongly. All in all, if you just need a job that pays your bills you are ok. Do not expect any investment in you and upgrading your skills that fast. It's ok if you are new in TC industry, but if you have some experience it might lead to stagnation. Wouldn't really recommend it to women, especially <40. Keep in mind they hire <15% of women worldwide. It's a bit outdated company in general.
