      Easy to work for but staff politics cause issues that get blown out of proportion

      Cons

      Staff No bonus or built in pay rise Career progression is done by tiers but very vague how to get to the next level and opportunities to get promoted are rare

      They couldn’t pay me enough to travel back and forth I wasn’t making it!!

      Pros

      Headquarters in Davidson is a beautiful location with very nice offices. Culture is great, my team is very kind and willing to help me learn. There are a lot of other interns to make friends with, and the relocation bonus covered my whole summer rent.

      Cons

      Slow to onboard (acces/permissions to software) which causes the first 2 weeks to be very boring. Also occasional lack of any projects/work which leads to boredom
