Cons
No development opportunities for most employees, almost no targeted training for non-ops employees,senior management micromanagement and over controlling all processes, contractors are so much involved in day to day management of the company and setting the strategy. Bureaucratic organisation with a small size makes it difficult to navigate. While compensation is good no significant benefits. While speak up and initiative is encouraged theoretically it is not appreciated (on the contrary it might be negatively viewed).
