They get you in a truck quick, you are given a lot of freedom and their equipment is pretty nice. They are a second chance company.

Cons

Lack of training, lack of communication, unreasonable time limits to deliver freight, low pay, long wait times for loads or even a call back from dispatch.

- 2nd chance company - Go OTR rather than anything else. OTR = Prime Inc. Loads. Prime does their jobs right

Cons

- Low CPM - Terrible planning outside of OTR - Forced Dispatch - Zip-to-Zip pay - No incentives or bonuses of any kind - No payover unless you sit for over a day without any loads given to you - Too much sitting around
