      Pros

      It’s good if you are not really a talented manager with an opinion

      Cons

      Micromanagement, low-key sexist (most mid-managers are heterosexual women, nearly all upper management is made of heterosexual men), most managers are severely ignorant, despite having a lot of PMs none of them is actually trained on real design/solution thinking. In short, this is a company that values the meek and discreet. CEO is really shady

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
