Most of the positive reviews are from management, technological, supervisory and non-interpretation positions. For interpreters who are the foundation of this company, the work load and compensation never come to a balance. Interpreters are paid with minimum wage with back to back calls. Besides, interpreters are under constant supervision, spot checks with ridiculous report cards every single week, unreasonable protocols and working environment audits! There’s is no trust and respect from management. I was revenged by a so-called language assessor at spot checks, because once I had disagreement with him about cultural awareness. My first supervisor was such a cold and arrogant guy. Being a supervisor doesn’t authorize him to be more superior then a newly hired employee!
